• Reduce Wire Diameter (Gauge): Use a thinner gauge wire. For example, moving from a 1.8mm gauge to

•  a 1.6mm or even 1.4mm gauge uses less metal and costs less.

  • Trade-off: Thinner wire is less durable, has a lower compression rating, and is more prone to sagging

  • over time. It will feel softer and offer less support.

Glue & Pocket Material:

• Non-Woven Fabric: Use a standard polypropylene non-woven fabric with a lower GSM (Grams per

• Square Meter). A 45-55 GSM fabric is cheaper than an 80+ GSM fabric.

• Adhesive: Use a standard hot-melt glue. Avoid more expensive specialty adhesives designed for extreme

•  temperatures or extra-strong bonds.
