High-Carbon Steel: Top-quality springs are made from 65Mn (65 Manganese) spring steel or similar high-grade alloys. This steel offers an excellent balance of strength, toughness, and elasticity.
Tempering (Heat Treatment): This is the most critical process. After being formed into shape, high-quality springs are properly heat-treated and tempered.
