Technical Specifications

Material: Spunbond spunlace non-woven fabric made from polyester or nylon, providing superior strength and durability when wet. Fabric must be hydroentangled (spunlaced) for enhanced strength and high wet tensile strength.
Breathability & Drainage: Fabric allows easy water flow during washing and rinsing processes. Tight weave is not desirable for optimal performance.
Seam Bonding: The glue used to create individual pockets must be waterproof and flexible. We recommend polyurethane (PU) hot melt adhesive for its flexibility and strong bond after repeated wet/dry cycles. Ultrasonic welding is the ideal method, creating seams as strong as the fabric itself and completely impervious to water, detergent, and agitation.
